Privacy notice

This notice describes the data collected by this DAKSH platform. University approval and a retention policy are required before public launch.

What we collect

Registration collects student name, class, roll number, parent names, contact details, school information and selected programme. Team registrations also collect teammate names and roll numbers.

Why it is collected

This information supports event registration, capacity management, participant identification and event communication. Optional contact fields may be left blank.

Access and storage

Registrations are stored in the event database. Confirmation access requires a private token included in your confirmation link. Keep that link private. Form progress remains in memory and is cleared when you leave or refresh the registration page.

Your choices

For correction or removal requests, contact the university through its official campus website. Do not enter sensitive information unrelated to registration.
